Q. According to the guidelines, the referee should send the document to email@example.com but the application portal states that I need to upload all the reference letters to www.studenti.unibo.it. Which among the two will be to follow?
A. Both: 1) it is compulsory to ask your referee to send the letter to the WACOMA Consortium to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org (by 15 Feb to allow acknowledgement of receipt on time. However, reference letters received by 21 Feb will be accepted) AND 2) it is compulsory to upload a copy of the same letters in the Online Application on www.studenti.unibo.it. In case you do not have access to the letters, please upload a self-declaration stating that you have asked your referee to send it and specify the reason why you do not manage to upload the letters (please specify if the letter is confidential or any other detail you wish to add).
